We had the great opportunity to go on a presentation and research trip to the #Rhineland and visit the renowned universities TH Köln and RWTH Aachen University, as well as the Forum Heppendorf SME.
During the visit to Cologne, we were able to present our ONIS measurement system in live operation, test the local research network, and gain insights into the main research topics. Afterwards, the trip continued to Aachen. We were particularly impressed by the focus on #networkquality and #cybersecurity, which we were able to discuss at RWTH Aachen.
Finally, we visited the Forum Heppendorf at SME Management GmbH to discuss the energy future of the Rhenish coalfield.
It was inspiring to connect with so many talented researchers and ‘energy workers’ and gain valuable insights for our work.
